How to Make Creamy Chicken Caesar Dip

This CREAMY Chicken Caesar Dip is perfect in every way. It tastes like a chicken caesar salad, but WAY better, because it’s creamy and cheesy and delicious! I mean, Caesar salads are delicious too, but you can’t dip a pita chip into it! This cream cheese chicken dip is perfect for parties and easy to make, so make a nice big bowl and dip away.

How to Make Caesar Salad Dip

  1. Use an electric mixer to beat cream cheese & caesar dressing into a fluffy consistency
  2. Spread the mixture onto the bottom of a baking dish
  3. On top of the cream cheese, add a layer of shredded chicken and chopped lettuce
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and homemade croutons on top
  5. Drizzle more Caesar dressing over the whole thing

Now you’ve got a beautiful, delicious layered dip to serve with chips or vegetables. I think it tastes really great with pita chips, but you can use whatever you want.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Caesar Salad dressing (click for homemade recipe)
  • 2 cups chopped Romaine and/or Iceberg lettuce chop the lettuce into small bite-size pieces
  • 1-2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated, if possible
  • ½ cup crushed croutons (click for homemade recipe)

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and salad dressing with an electric mixer until fully incorporated and fluffier. Spread the mixture in the bottom of a 9” pie plate or 9x9 baking dish.

  • Top the cream cheese mixture with the chicken, then lettuce and season lightly with salt and pepper.

  • Sprinkle with Parmesan and croutons then drizzle with a little Caesar salad dressing.

  • Serve with chips, crackers or vegetables.

  • Enjoy!
